TriActiv is the future of needle safety

This high-quality retractable safety syringe has been specifically designed to be used exactly like a traditional syringe, with the added benefit of a locking mechanism that ‘clicks’ into the place when the needle is fully depressed. When the needle is retracted, it’s drawn back into the plunger barrel. Once fully retracted, the needle tilts to the side, and is captured in the barrel. This prevents needlestick injuries or reuse. The barrel plunger is then snapped off as a further precaution.

This technology provides valuable protection for health workers, patients and others in the community. The TriActiv safety syringe technology features a high-quality Japanese designed stainless steel cannulas, providing increased patient comfort.

The TriActiv Needle Retractable Safety Syringe ranges in size from 0.3ml, 1ml Insulin and Tuberculin, 1ml, 2ml, 3ml, 5ml and 10ml. It’s suitable for extension to other needle bearing products including IV scalp vein sets, IV catheters and pre-filled delivery systems.
