  • Neville Calvert

    Founder and Managing Director

    Neville is a lifelong entrepreneur with extensive strategic experience. For more than 30 years Neville worked in a diverse range of roles, including Company Chairman, Partner of Big Four business advisory firm KPMG, Public Company Director and CEO, Private Company Director. He also has international sport and military experience.

    As Founder & CEO, Neville is responsible for Numedico’s direction, vision, and steering the company towards success. He is an exceptional leader and professional coach and he has built an outstanding team around him to support the business.

  • Jose Terry

    Visionary

    With over 30 years of leadership experience, Jose Terry is a CEO and board-level executive recognised for his articulate communication and exceptional interpersonal skills. He effectively leads cross-functional teams to achieve corporate goals, fostering collaboration and innovation.

    Specialising in the insurance industry, Jose has a deep understanding of risk management and develops tailored programs. His expertise includes negotiation, business planning, and program integration, focusing on Property & Casualty Insurance, Warranty, and Captive & Risk Retention Groups (RRG).

    A dedicated advocate for community and social services, Jose is committed to making a positive impact beyond the corporate realm. He is a proud alumnus of Florida State University.

  • Jack Suter

    Chief Executive Officer

    Jack is an experienced General Manager with a key focus on Sales and Operational activities.

    His career has spanned over 35 years working with large corporates. In recent years he has developed in a keen interest working with a number start up organizations across a variety sectors. He enjoys working with teams to achieve overall business objectives by providing frameworks that enable the team to understand the longer-term vision and to contribute to that vision.

    Jack also has a keen interest in the agricultural sector and is heavily involved in a family-owned agricultural business.

  • Robert Menadue

    Chief Operations Officer

    Rob supports the Numedico team as QA and Regulatory Manager after more than 25 years in operational, technical, and planning roles with well-known consumer brands in the dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Providing excellent customer service is his passion in the workplace, while at home Rob loves working in the backyard and spending time with his family. Since joining the team, Rob feels fortunate to be working with such a positive and hardworking group of people and is excited about the future of Numedico.

  • Alicia Sisson

    Head of Sales

    Alicia has more than 8 years’ experience working in exports, processing documentation for customs clearances, managing logistics, and processing orders for overseas customers.

    In her role, Alicia coordinates Numedico’s planning and logistics function. She works closely with our network of global partners to ensure our customers get what they need, when they need it.

    Alicia loves working in logistics because she likes a challenge. One of her strengths is thinking outside the square and finding solutions to challenging situations.

  • Kelly Zhou

    Head of Finance

    Kelly has over 20 years’ experience in finance and accounting for top multinational companies in various industries, including medical, chemical, service and luxury. Kelly is an Australian CPA, Chinese CPA, and an associate member of CIMA (UK).

    Kelly’s main responsibilities are to build the finance team, assist senior management with decision-making and support other functions proactively as a business partner, through various of reporting, budget, process optimisation and change management. Growing with and adding value to Numedico are two of Kelly’s primary goals.

  • Dr Greg Roger

    Advisor

    Dr Greg Roger has more than 30 years' experience in the field of medicine, bio-medical engineering, product development, and commercialisation. Having developed, patented, and commercialised medical devices, Dr Roger is familiar with the key issues of this industry for individuals through to larger corporations. Dr Roger was selected by the Federal Government to spearhead Medical Device commercialization in Australia. His broad industry, regulatory, engineering, and medical experience made him the stand out candidate for the role. Dr Roger founded and is currently Managing Director of Vestech, a company developing and licensing intellectual property in medical devices. He successfully led the start-up of the business and is now working with a team of bio-engineers to provide specialised biomedical engineering solutions and consultancy services for businesses and individuals.

  • Georg Roessling

    Advisor

    Georg Roessling has been a consultant since 2017. From 2006-2017 he held the position of Sr. Vice President of PDA Europe, where he started the office in Europe and developed a number of conferences and training courses together with regulatory agencies, pharmaceutical industry and suppliers. Before that he worked from 1984-2005 with Schering AG in various positions. These roles included head of pharmaceutical devlopment of parenterals and head of Global CMC Technology office.

    Georg is a chemist by training, has a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the university of Karlsruhe and was a post-doc in Chemical Engineering in Berkeley, USA. He has been a PDA member for almost 30 years and he received the PDA Honorary Membership.
